They wanted to turn this space into an easily accessible ground-floor bedroom and bathroom with garden access.
The garage entrance was bricked and window fitted. Fully insulated with all electrical work completed.
An extension was built at the rear of the property to allow for a good-sized bathroom with washing facilities,
toilet and walk-in shower. A corridor separated the bedroom and bathroom with a upvc door leading out to the garden.
